Functional wellness is a partnership
When we work together, I'll be dedicated to helping uncover the root causes of your symptoms and creating a personalized plan to help you return to balance. I'll coach and support you in making changes to foster health. What I ask from you is honesty and a commitment to following through with making these changes, because that will the foundation of your success. 
Your health is affected by your genetics, your stress levels, the chemicals and toxins you take in, how you fuel your body, the strength of your immune systems and detox pathways, your ability to produce your hormones and neurotransmitters, and perhaps most importantly, the health of your gut and the balance of the millions of bacteria that live inside of it. We'll explore it all, and uncover opportunities to optimize many facets your life in order to get your body into balance. 
A functional approach can truly be life changing. But only if you are ready. So before you reach out, think about whether you are truly committed to taking charge of your health. Those who are can see amazing results. 
What to expect
My goal when we work together is to get to the bottom of your symptoms. I will ask a lot of questions and use lab work to provide as many possible clues as to where things may have gone wrong to throw your health off balance. We will leave no stone unturned as we try to find your root cause. Here's how we do that: 
  1. We'll do a discovery call to assess whether the work I do could help you. 
  2. You'll fill out a medical history and a detailed symptoms questionnaire to give me a full picture of your symptoms and where you are on your journey to health. 
  3. We'll do a 90-minute call to go through all of it. I am here to listen to all of it and try to help you make sense of it.
  4. Depending on your symptoms, I'll suggest lab tests that can help you uncover stressors in the areas of hormones, immune system, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and neurotransmitter health. We'll start with the basics, and dig deeper depending on what we find.  
  5. We'll do a detailed 90-minute results call where I'll explain findings in a down-to-earth way that will give you real insights about your health.  
  6. On this call, I'll walk you through a personalized protocol and wellness plan. This will touch on diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation. 
  7. We'll meet regularly as you make these changes. I'm here to listen and offer encouragement and support. I'll help you figure out what is working and help you modify things that aren't.
  8. We will often retest to track progress or to dig deeper for more information when it's needed. 
  9. Depending on which package you choose, email support may also be included for when you have questions or concerns between sessions.
  10. The goal, over time, is to teach you a method of self care that enables you to gain a deeper understanding of your own health and your triggers to dysfunction so that you can create lasting healthy lifestyle habits and feel empowered to support your health over the long-term.
